I've been using this shower head for a couple of weeks now and I'm really happy with it. The water modes are great and it was much easier to install than I expected.

The only downside was that delivery took a little longer than the estimated, which was a bit frustrating, hat said once it arrived, it worked perfectly and has been a great upgrade from my old shower head.
